Bids must be submitted in 3 separate documents (financial offer, technical offer, and administrative offer)
- Administrative Offer: Should contain all legal documents of the company
- Technical Offer: refer to the Operational Requirements Statement (ORS) other technical offers are acceptable for analysis
- Bids must be submitted only via email to: supply_bids@unicef.org
- The Request for proposal (LRPS) reference number LRPS-2026-9205435 must be clearly indicated in the subject line of the email upon submission.
- Any question should be addressed at: supplyhti@unicef.org deadline august 20,2026.
- Clarification meeting planed for august 24, 2026 all companies interested to participate in the clarification meeting manifest their interest using the following email address: supplyhti@unicef.org
- The deadline for bid submission is September 9, 2026, at 11:59 (Haiti time).
